STANDARD BATTERIES® employees are trained and have technical knowledge, with the aim of serving immediately, from the easiest to the most difficult cases. "Long experience alone is not enough". This is also the reason why the staff of all specialties (Administrative staff, Sellers, Store Technicians, Delivery Technicians, Storekeepers), regularly attend seminars in their specialty as well as seminars to improve behavior (soft skills).
Delivery.
The team of delivery technicians with their vehicle is ready to deliver the product of the customer's choice to the required point. Either on the road (emergency call), or by appointment at a day and time that suits you. They come immediately, install the new battery and in less than 60 minutes from the phone call, the customer continues his daily activity. It is sufficient that the call for immediate service (emergency call) is within the service limits of the standard delivery service. (See map:).
